From it`s claims, I thought it was just what I needed. It never really worked and after 2 weeks it stopped me getting on the internet so I got rid of it. I spent a few months trying support but they just do not reply. I have asked a number of times for a refund but no reply their either. Hide IP NoGood is no good. Don`t waste your money on it.

One of the worst software on the net. The programmer has no idea to resolve the issues faced by the user. Once you have made the payment, you get the value of chicken shit from these guys. I have been after them for the last 2 months on the issue of not able to connect to their server. The reply from them is either "Clear the Cache" (about 10-12 times), "we are looking into the matter" (7-8 times), "please down load the latest version" (7-8 times), last but not the least "are you a registered user?" (another 5-6 times). I have send the error report generated by their software & they were not able to notice even the version number to ask me to download the latest version. When you mail to them you need to include in your subject line the purchase order number. So even with so easily viewable they asked if I was a registered user for atleast 5-6 times. I think they just randomly generate these mails than focus on the real issue of the software
